2. Purpose of processing
When you sign up via our landing page, we process your email address to inform you about the
development of L'écurie, the app's launch, and related updates.
3. Double opt-in
After you submit your email address, we send a confirmation email. Your address is only added
to our mailing list once you click the confirmation link inside it. We additionally store the
time of sign-up and confirmation, and the IP address used at confirmation time, to be able to
prove consent if ever disputed (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in proof of consent).
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Storage location and recipients
Your data is stored exclusively on a server we operate ourselves at Hetzner Online GmbH
(Germany). We do not share it with any third party or external marketing/newsletter
provider.
6. Retention and withdrawal
We store your email address until you withdraw consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe
link that removes you from the list with one click. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness
of processing carried out before it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your data, to object,
and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (e.g. the data protection authority

8. Cookies
This page does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Only the sign-up data described in
Section 3 is stored, solely to prove consent.
